Mr. Davis co-founded BCO and has more than 30 years of senior financial management and consulting experience with both entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 technology companies. Previously, Mr. Davis served as SVP, CFO, and treasurer for Ennovate Networks. Mr. Davis also served as Vice President of Operations, CFO and treasurer of Thinq Learning Solutions, and EVP and CFO for Shape Global Technology Inc. He has also held senior management positions with Kao Infosystems, Nova Biomedical, Apollo Computer and Data General Corp.

Mr. Davis earned his MBA from Babson College and holds a BSc in accounting from Bentley College with honors. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's PMD program.

Mr. Zarrow is a co-founder of BCO and has more than 25 years of senior financial and consulting experience. Prior to BCO, Mr. Zarrow was a CFO with the firm of Hurley, Vickers & Associates (HVA). HVA provided outsourcing CFO and accounting services to early stage companies. Prior to this role, Mr. Zarrow was VP Finance and Operations for Avid Sports, Inc., which he successfully sold in June 2000. Mr. Zarrow has also held senior management positions at Nova Biomedical, Layered Software and Apollo Computer.

Mr. Zarrow earned an MBA from Babson College and a BBA in accounting from the University of MA, Amherst.

Mr. Guido is a Consulting CFO for the Brighton Company and has more than 30 years of senior financial management and consulting experience in a variety of industries including biotech, high tech, service, chemicals and other manufacturing concerns. Prior to joining BCO, Mr. Guido was a consulting CFO with the firm of VA Associates, which provided outsourced CFO and accounting services to early stage companies. Before his work at VA, he was CFO for KGR, Inc. Mr. Guido also held senior management positions at Whaling Manufacturing, Star Sportswear Manufacturing, Compo Industries and Revere Copper & Brass, Inc.

Mr. Guido earned a BBA, Marketing and Accounting, from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Hogan joined BCO with over 25 years experience in financial and general management. He has worked in both the service and the manufacturing sectors, as well as public accounting. Most recently, Mr. Hogan was CFO for TPI Composites, a $45-million manufacturer of composite fiberglass products. Prior to this position, he served as CFO of Fountainhead Technologies, a manufacturer of water purification equipment for the pool and spa industry. Mr. Hogan has also held senior management positions at The Providence Journal, Colibri Corporation, and Highland American Corporation.

Mr. Hogan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds memberships in the Rhode Island and Pennsylvania state CPA societies. He earned a BSBA degree with a major in accounting from Georgetown University.
